RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ROYALRIWAAZ, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Requests: Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, customers must submit a return or replacement request via mail. Once the 14-day window has passed, returns or replacements will no longer be accepted.

Product Damage or Delivery Issues: Please take a video while opening the package to check for any product damage, defects, or incorrect items.
EXCHANGES
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of size, color, or any other issue, we are happy to assist you with a simple exchange process.

Exchange Requests: Initiate the exchange request through our website or customer service within 14 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility: The product must be in resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging.

Exchange Restrictions: Exchange orders under ₹500 cannot be delivered via COD.

Non-returnable items: Dupattas are non-returnable.
RETURNS
For returns, follow the same process as outlined above for exchanges.

After we receive the returned product and complete quality checks, you will receive Store Credits equal to the value of the returned product. These credits can be used for future purchases on ROYALRIWAAZ and will remain valid for 12 months.

Please note: Only one return/exchange request can be made per order.

Refund Process: All refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credits, which can be used for future purchases on ROYALRIWAAZ.
How to Request a Return/Exchange (Store Credit)
Step 1: Email us at royalriwaaz.care@gmail.com
Step 2: Attach the following:

Order Number

Registered Mobile Number

Packaging Slip Image
-
Product photograph/video that highlights the issue.
Step 3: Our support team will initiate the return/exchange process once they verify your request (action will be taken within 24 business hours).
Step 4: Return the product with the original tags, packaging slip, and in unused condition.
Step 5: Once the returned product is verified, our team will process the exchange/store credit.
