Shipping policy
Product Delivery:
Products should typically arrive within 4-6 days. However, depending on the Pincode, it may occasionally take longer.
To deliver your products, we collaborate with a number of external courier partners.
Your order will be delivered by INDIA POST or another private courier that serves that area, as some pin codes are in remote regions not serviced by our usual courier partner.
Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation is possible only up until the product ships. On COD and prepayment orders, you will receive a full refund directly from the supplier. If the product has already been dispatched, the purchaser will be responsible for a ₹350 courier cancellation fee.
Ordering Process:
Processing an order without confirmation is not acceptable. Customers who place orders will receive confirmation calls for all their orders within 24 working hours. Customers can ask our confirmation executive for more details about the product and even request real photographs or additional images of the item they have ordered. The purchaser will receive the photographs, regardless of their availability.
To confirm the call on the number specified in the order, our executive will make every effort to get in touch with the customer as quickly as possible. However, the order will be considered canceled if the number cannot be reached or is not picked up after three attempts.
Note:

Exchange orders cannot be delivered in COD mode for amounts less than ₹500.

Dupattas are non-returnable and cannot be delivered in COD mode; they are available only in prepaid mode.

Customers must pay a minimum of 20% or ₹500 to purchase a product.
